NSF AI Spring School
Deadline: February 16th
We are excited to announce the 2026 NSF AI Spring School, scheduled for February 23-25, at UT San Antonio. This three-day event, sponsored by MATRIX, National Science Foundation (NSF) NAIAD, ATHENA, and the UT San Antonio Office of Research, will feature leading experts discussing the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, with a focus on Neuro-Inspired AI, Federated Learning, and Continual Learning for Edge.
As part of the Spring School, we invite students and postdoctoral researchers to submit abstracts for the poster session. All submissions are accepted, as this is an opportunity to present your research to a diverse audience of AI researchers and practitioners, receive valuable feedback, and connect with peers and leaders in AI to foster potential collaborations.

Submission Guidelines:
  • Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate, master’s, doctoral students, and postdoctoral researchers.
  • Topics: Research related to artificial intelligence, including but not limited to Neuro-Inspired AI, Federated Learning, and Continual Learning for Edge.
  • Abstract Format: Abstract should be no longer 250 words, presenting the overall objectives of the poster.
  • Submission Deadline: February 16, 2026
  • Poster Presentation: February 24, 2026, during the Spring School
  • Registration Requirement: At least one author/presenter of the accepted poster must register for the event and be present during the poster session.
  • Poster Printing: Instructions for printing posters will be provided on February 17.
